Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, the UAE's largest Emirate, is ruled by HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who has also been the President of the country since 14 May 2022.

Abu Dhabi's oil sector is well-developed, with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) responsible for a large part of its hydrocarbon reserves – the sixth largest globally. In line with the Abu Dhabi Government's 2030 economic plan, diversification efforts have focused on developing investment opportunities in food and agriculture projects, infrastructure, and tourism industries.
