HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. He became the Ruler of Dubai on 4 January 2006.

Known as the business and services hub of the UAE, Dubai is the second-largest Emirate in the UAE. Dubai’s target sectors for investment include healthcare and pharmaceuticals, construction and real estate, and tourism and hospitality. As the seventh most visited city in the world, Dubai’s tourism sector is set for further growth, as the UAE recently announced a 10-year multiple-entry tourist visa scheme.
